FAQs

  • Being that we are at the beach and out in the elements this is definitely a possibility. Unfortunately if it DOES rain we will have to postpone that days session. I will be in touch via email as early as possible and update everyone with the plan as well as the reschedule details.

  • Unfortunately no. Refunds will not be issued for no shows. I require 24 hours notice for reschedules.

  • In this case, refunds will be issued.

  • If you mean a real person then yes Santa is a real life, breathing, human being. Does he live in the North Pole? No. It’s also important to note that my Santas are not actors. They are friendly, fathers with their WWCC but they are not officially trained as Santas.

  • You have 2 minutes to meet Santa and have your photo snapped.

  • Yes! Parents, siblings, grandparents -the more, the merrier. These sessions are designed to capture genuine connection and fun with Santa, so the whole crew is welcome. Please just let me know if your group size exceeds 6 people.

  • You are more than welcome to bring pets to North Curl Curl as we are located just off the dog park (maybe leave cats and bunnies at home at this location). Narrabeen isn’t an official dog beach but my comment to people is, Santa loves animals and we are happy to have them there as long as you know that it is not a dog beach and you do risk a fine. We just ask that you clean up any mess and keep your time there to a minimum.

  • You don’t need to go all-out matchy-matchy, or full blown Christmas themed (unless that’s your vibe which I am TOTALLY here for!). Neutrals, soft colours, or festive pops of red always work beautifully against the beach backdrop. Think comfort and let your personalities shine.

  • That’s totally normal! We can always ask Santa to step out of the frame if that makes them more comfortable (we can also have him sneak back in when they are unawares). Some of the sweetest images are the candid ones of kids watching Santa from a safe distance, or snuggled in your arms while he joins in nearby.

  • While I do personally edit all the photos myself (or with the help of a local photographer friend), turnaround is quick! You’ll have your gallery within 1-2 weeks, giving you plenty of time to share, print, or use them for your Christmas cards. If you’re keen on getting these back well in advance of Christmas I suggest booking one of the November sittings.
